Safe investment - China investment portfolio leveraging China economy growth

China is becoming more and more influential to the global economy. Most signals show that China economy is booming. As China starts at a very low level, this is probably a very safe investment with tremendous growing potential.

It would be unwise if we ignore China investment in your portfolio. We may probably know that:

  • China economy has become the 3rd largest economy in 2008 after only United States and Japan surpassing Germany, France and United Kingdom.
  • China government poured RMB4 trillion to stimulate the China economy and to perfect its infrastructure and drive domestic consumptions.
  • China economy is known to be growing at a 10% rate every year but she has a very low base of about US$3,400 per capita income. From 1980 to 2008, the country has grown more than 9% every year.
  • Most economies are talking about contraction but China government is talking about 8% in 2009. The pessimistic economist is projecting a positive growth 6% for China.
  • Most Chinese save 35% of their income. Domestic consumption market is largely unexplored.
  • Capital markets are largely under-developed and investment opportunities can be tremendous. The Shanghai composite share price has dropped significantly to have competitive estimated P/E of 13.67 and P/B of 2.2 on Jan 16, 2009. Most China companies profit are still growing at 30% or more.
  • China is becoming the biggest trading partners for US and most Asian countries. Its foreign reserve of approximately US$2 trillion is already the largest of the world.
  • China is the worldwide plant manufacturing all kinds of quality products at low manufacturing costs. If you know the proper ways to source directly from China, we will be very profitable to run a trading business in your own country.

Most business or investment themes will be China related in the next decade… we predict

We believe that in the next decade, most business investment themes will be China related. It would be advisable that we build our business and investment plans include China trade and China investment maximizing wealth.

China has great places to travel and of course places to do business and station. The cost of living is quite low but increasing with economic growth.

We can think of a scenario where your children can visit you most and you can have your own business and investment assets generating handsome income in China... In fact, our next generation will be in competitive disadvantages if they do not have the necessary skills to do business with China.
